Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals until melted, stirring in between.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stir the egg, olive oil, and water into the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Add the melted cheese mixture to the dough and knead until well combined.
  6. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Flatten each ball into a disk shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the snacks are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
