Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 8 ounces of burrata cheese
  • 4 cups of mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup of balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the peach halves with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  3. Grill the peaches for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they have grill marks and are slightly caramelized.
  4. Arrange the mixed greens on a serving platter.
  5. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place them on top of the greens.
