Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Start by peeling and cutting the potatoes into thin strips.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Working in batches, fry the potato strips until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
