Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 3/4 cup buttermilk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead it a few times until it’s no longer sticky.
- Roll out the dough to about 1-inch thickness and use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits.
- Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they touch each other.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
